As part of the Zayed Smart City Project, the emirate of Abu Dhabi is looking to further integrate key infrastructure with smart city technologies such as IoT, Big Data Analytics, VR/AR, and 4IR Interfaces. With a specific look at Drainage, Stormwater and Wastewater management, 300 Million AED worth of new projects are being designed and tendered in the emirate to facilitate this.

Over the past 6 years, the Future Drainage and Stormwater Networks series of events have been the biggest platform for the key stakeholders from the public and private sector to meet and discuss the future of the emirate’s public Wet Infrastructure. After the great success of the 2019 edition, the 6th Annual Future Drainage and Stormwater Networks Abu Dhabi will take place next year at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi.

The conference will provide a unique platform for the top decision-makers from the government, public and private project owners, developers, MEP consultants, contractors, as well as technology and solution providers to meet, network and help enhance the emirate’s wet infrastructure.
